Sacred Geometry might sound intimidating, but you don't have to be a spiritual guru or math genius to understand and benefit from it.
Sacred Geometry is a big part of our lives, so it's worth investing a little time into understanding its basic concepts. Especially if you're working on self-development, self-improvement, expanding your consciousness, healing, and manifesting growth in different areas of your life.
By closely observing the natural and physical world, you'll notice beautiful geometric patterns and structures everywhere, like in the sunflower (pictured here), the spiral galaxies in the universe, weather patterns on our planet, seashells, pinecones, snowflakes, art, and architecture. It's even in our DNA! The Double Helix is another example of Sacred Geometry.
Often referred to as the language of the universe, Sacred Geometry symbolizes the interconnection of all life and is said to hold vibrational codes that we have only just begun to explore.
Sacred geometry patterns, which consist of mathematical ratios, have been considered by many as the fundamental building blocks of our universe, and scholars in the field suggest that these energetic codes exist in all life forms.
These patterns, some of which are very intricate and beautiful, can be used to improve our lives through their vibrational energy or resonance.
I believe that's why nature is so healing. Time spent in nature calms our nervous system, relieves stress, helps to quiet the mind, allows us to see things from a new perspective, and opens us up to a feeling of safety that helps us process our emotions. It's the culmination of the sights (including Sacred Geometry), sounds (which may also hold energetic codes), scents, and the overall feeling of well-being that nature gifts us.
I've compiled some standard Sacred Geometry information below that may help understand it from a healing perspective. (See black & white illustration above)
Various shapes produced within sacred geometry hold meaning as well:
Simply observing these interesting patterns (and shapes contained within) may harmonize and balance the left & right hemispheres of the brain as well as your masculine & feminine energy.
Contemplating or meditating with sacred geometry may take these patterns deeper into the subconscious mind and help expand self-awareness and evolve consciousness, bringing harmony and balance to your inner and outer worlds.
Creating these patterns through drawing or exploring them in an artistic way may help expand your consciousness and broaden your awareness and perspective.
I have personally worked with Sacred Geometry for several years and have found it to be a powerful tool for healing and growth. But don't just take my word for it. I invite you to explore it for yourself and form your own opinion. Find an example of Sacred Geometry that pleases you and observe it closely. Contemplate why you chose that specific example. Notice your intuitive perceptions.
You may agree and use it more intentionally for growth and self-development in your life.
