Refund Policy

For Appointments:

We kindly ask, that if you are unable to attend your booked appointment, please cancel 24 hours in advance of that appointment. 

If you cancel 24 hours in advance of your booked appointment and do not wish to reschedule, you will receive a full refund. We just ask that you contact us at the link below to avoid any miscommunications.

If your cancelation occurs within the 24 hours prior to your appointment, or if you do not attend your appointment, there will be no refund issued.

We understand that there may be extreme circumstances, in which you are unable to attend your appointment. If this is the case, please express your circumstances in writing to the email link above where any refundable amount will be at the discretion of Happy Healing Arts.

For Purchases:

We cannot offer refunds on the purchase of digital items. 

Full refund on physical products as long as they are returned in new condition, minus any shipping costs.

For Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates can only be applied to services, and classes. Retail merchandise and Digital Purchases are excluded.
