Reiki healing is an ancient Japanese energy healing practice where the practitioner channels universal energy to the client, promoting relaxation to restore wellness. 

In Distance Reiki Healing, the same concept applies, except the universal energy is channeled to the client through time and space using the Reiki distance symbol along with focused thought and intention.

Chakra Balancing is a complementary technique practiced in a similar way to clear, open, and align the Chakras, returning them to their natural, healthy state.

Your distance session begins with a phone call from your practitioner (at your scheduled time) to discuss your goals for treatment. 

After this call, you'll find a comfortable place to relax, free from distractions. You may want to create some ambiance in your space with soft lighting and music to reach deeper states of relaxation. Using earbuds/headphones with Theta or Delta Binaural Beats can be helpful if you have difficulty relaxing or quieting mind chatter.

Based on your goals and intentions discussed during the phone call, your practitioner will channel Universal energy to you. Relaxation during your Reiki Healing session will activate your body's natural healing power to restore wellness and help you feel a sense of overall well-being.

When your session is over, your practitioner will follow up by leaving you a message with any pertinent information that came up during your session.

*Many clients report this energy-healing therapy as effective and enjoyable (if not more so) through distance as in person from being in the comfort and security of their own home.
