Nature Journaling

Nature journaling is a soothing adventure that can take many forms. 


Sit outside to connect with nature and write about how you're experiencing it through all your senses. You can collect small items from nature like pine needles, fern stems, and tree leaves, paste them into a scrapbook journal and write about these found items (or recreate them in a drawing or painting). 


Look for an object in nature to focus deeply on and describe what intuitively comes to you then write about it in your journal. 


It doesn't matter where your Nature Journaling adventure takes you, what matters is the connection you make in the process as it heals and inspires you.
