With most people, exercise is one of those things where you either love it or hate it. Of course, if you hate it, it becomes more of a challenge to fit it into your schedule.

However, exercise promotes the release of neurotransmitters in your brain that can contribute to a better mood, better sleep, reduced stress, and increased self-confidence, all of which can make you a happier person. 

Even if you hate it initially, a consistent exercise routine will make you grow to like it (or even love it) over time, simply because it makes you feel great.

  1. Decide on what type of exercise appeals most to you
  2. Start small and build your way into it (check with your Physician if you're uncertain what exercise is right for you)
  3. Notice how good it makes you feel even after you've accomplished your smaller exercise goals
  4. Get in the habit - make a consistent exercise routine that's easy to follow.
