  4. Don't be harsh with yourself if you can't calm your mind at first, and keep practicing.
  5. Make it a habit. It can take 30-90 days to form a habit, and even longer for it to become a permanent part of your lifestyle. Once you do, you'll notice that you look forward to your meditation time and you’ll wonder how you ever managed without it.
